Our guarantee is pretty simple... If ever your Maple Creek equipment, stands and pulleys, should fail or let you down because of workmanship contact us ASAP and we will work with you to remedy the problem... no matter when equipment was purchased. We know how much you and especially your dogs love it!
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee against operator error (i.e. dropping unit, misuse) and damages that may occur from such.
Lure machine motors, solenoids, battery cables and switches are also not guaranteed. They are used outside the field they were developed for (automotive/electric) and suppliers will not guarantee when purchased, therefore we are unable to extend any guarantee.
